• Fall Carnival – We offer an alternative to Halloween where families can come enjoy Trunk/Truck or Treat, Music, Puppet Show with Family and kid friendly games and fellowship. Saturday October 31, 2009 6:00 – 9:00
   
• Easter EGGstravaganza  - Egg Hunts, Games, Jumpies, Puppet Show, Prizes, Fun and Fellowship
   
• First Fridays – The First Friday of every month our Preschool and Daycare sponsors a time of fun and fellowship to help connect parents of preschoolers in our weekday program with our church parents.
   
• Children’s Sunday – In the Spring of every year, we celebrate God’s work in our children’s ministry.  Our kids use their skills and talents to lead our church in worship.  Puppet team, Children’s Choir, AWANA and our Special Friends become our worship leaders.
   
• Kid’s Night Out – Quarterly, we offer a night of fun for our Preschool and School Aged children without having those pesky parents around…
   
• Vacation Bible School – Yearly Summer evangelistic outreach for children aged K – 6^th Grade.
   
• Kids Disciple Now Weekend – Special weekend for our kids in 3^rd through 6^th grade to grow in their understanding of what it means to be a Christ follower.  Time to connect.

AWANA AT-HOME – If your child is a member of our AWANA program, you can utilize his/her AWANA Book as a resource for an easy family Devotion. 

The monthly FamilyLife Magazine has a wonderful weekly devotion guide for families each month.  This simple devotion guide can help develop a family discipline of Bible reading and discussion.

We offer aged appropriate curriculum distributed by Lifeway Christian Resources.  Our curriculum for preschoolers and children help to build strong foundation of Bible learning to help our children understand the basics of the Bible and who God Is and what God had done and will do for His children.

We believe that a family worshiping together is the ideal God’s plan for the health and spiritual growth of families.  In an effort to help our younger school aged kids transition to “Big Church”, we offer a child friendly environment for our Kindergarten through 3^rd graders to learn God’s word and understand the etiquette and meaning of worship.  Our Children’s church runs in Fall and Spring along the school calendar and the kids receive sermons that follow what their parents get in “Big Church.”  This way, mom and dad can still reinforce the learning.  You can download the key lessons and worksheets here:

Awana is a Bible club for ages 2 through 6^th grade.  Awana blends Bible teaching, Scripture memorization and tons of fun. It contains handbook time (scripture verse memorization exercises), council time (a biblical story relayed in a way that is easy to understand), game time, and award time (every night, the children receive stickers or jewels for their badges.)  Each Semester of AWANA, the kids participate in a MISSIONS Project (Fall – Operation Christmas Child, Spring – Egg Stuffing for A North American Missions Project)
